Ordering online at Silly Goose is easy - our checkout is just two steps!
Find the item you would like to order, add it to your cart and then proceed
to checkout. There you can follow the steps and fill out information and process
the order.

PURCHASE ORDERS ACCEPTED:
Purchase orders are accepted from schools, daycare centers and companies. The ship to address must be the school or business address. POs may be faxed to 978-768-4506. Terms are net 30 days.

CREDIT CARDS:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
We do not currently accept Bank Drafts, CODs or international credit cards.
State law requires Silly Goose to collect sales tax for orders shipped to MA.
There is no sales tax for orders shipped outside Massachusetts.
Silly Goose ships out orders Monday-Friday. All orders received before
1pm EST are shipped the same day they are received provided that the
correct billing and shipping information is supplied, and the item is in stock.
For the month of December, orders are shipped out 24-48 hours after they
are received.
We cannot guarantee same day shipping during the month of December.
SHIPPING NOTICE:
Please be certain of entering the correct "ship to" address for your purchase.
Your account will be charged all fees incurred from UPS for corrections made
to the "ship to address". These corrections include, but are not limited to,
incorrect street spelling, wrong zip code, residential vs. commercial address.
In an effort to maintain the lowest possible shipping cost for all our customers,
please take a minute to double check the "ship to" address.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases at Usillygoose.com.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you purchased, you may
return it for a prompt refund or exchange. We will refund the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping costs.
The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all
original packaging materials, unused warranty cards,and instruction booklets.
Please note, if the original manufacturer's box has been ripped, torn or damaged in any way, a 25% restocking fee may apply. Please return the item in a condition that you would like to receive it!
Include the packing slip, indicate the reason for your return and wrap the package securely (see above for return conditions of merchandise). Also indicate if you would like to replace the item or receive a credit on your credit card. Then mail the package to the address listed below. For your protection, ship your return via an insured, trackable carrier.
You must include your packing slip or order number to receive credit.

We will process your return, exchange, or credit within 30 business days
of receiving the item. We will refund the purchase price of the item minus
the original shipping costs.
